This programme consists of three hours of one Academy Option in the morning and three hours of another one in the afternoon, a total of 30 hours each week.

This is ideal for participants who prefer to choose two Academies rather than the more intense One Academy Option.

Each week they can choose to combine two Specialist Academies from the choices available at the venue
